This page covers the terms for two related launch offers. Section A covers the PRO+ First 100 offer at $29 per month locked for life. Section B covers the Agency launch lock-in at $79 per month for life, available to PRO+ subscribers who upgrade within 30 days. Both offers are part of the same launch event and share the same spirit: sign up early, stay subscribed, keep the price forever.

The offer is what it says it is. The first 100 eligible subscribers to the Caijo PRO+ plan will pay $29 per month instead of the standard rate of $39 per month. That $10 monthly saving is locked in for the lifetime of the subscription. It does not increase to standard pricing unless you cancel and re-subscribe later, at which point standard pricing would apply. There is no ambiguity here and no intention to raise the price on existing locked-in subscribers.

The offer is for monthly subscribers only. The $29 locked rate applies to monthly billing. The annual PRO+ plan is $349 per year and is a separate offering. The $29 per month locked rate is specific to the monthly subscription.

The lock-in requires continuous subscription. The $29 rate is tied to an uninterrupted active subscription. If you cancel and later decide to re-subscribe, the lock-in does not transfer. You would be starting a new subscription at the prevailing standard rate at that time. A lifetime lock-in that survives cancellation would simply be a lower price for everyone, which is a nice idea but a different product.

The spot is confirmed only when payment is made. Registering for early access does not reserve a launch offer spot. The spot is yours when your first payment of $29 is successfully processed and your PRO+ subscription becomes active. If you start the checkout process and do not complete it before all 100 spots are taken, standard pricing applies. We recommend not leaving the checkout to make a cup of tea if you are determined to get a spot.

One spot per person, one spot per account. The launch offer is limited to one per individual. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple spots, using different email addresses to access the offer more than once, or assigning the offer to someone who did not personally sign up for it are all not permitted and will result in the extra accounts being closed and any associated locked rates being revoked.

The offer is not transferable. Your locked rate applies to your account only. You cannot sell, gift, transfer, or otherwise assign the locked rate to another person or organisation. If you close your account or it is terminated, the locked rate ceases with it.

The offer closes when all 100 spots are taken. There is no waiting list, no second batch, and no exceptions once the 100th spot is confirmed. The counter on the homepage reflects remaining spots. When it reads zero, it means zero. We are not going to open an extra 10 spots because someone emails us with a compelling reason. We genuinely recommend not waiting.

What PRO+ includes. The $29 locked rate gives you access to the full PRO+ plan: 20 scans per month, the full score narrative in plain English, complete fix instructions for every failed check, competitor comparison against up to 3 domains, up to 25 saved reports, and up to 5 projects. Feature access is subject to the Caijo Terms of Service and may evolve as the product develops.

Plan limits apply in full. The locked rate is a price lock, not a feature upgrade. Scan limits, report limits, and project limits all apply exactly as described in the PRO+ plan. If you need more than PRO+ provides, the Agency plan is the right step up.

Billing is handled by Stripe. Caijo does not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly anniversary of your signup date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The offer is non-refundable once claimed. If you claim a launch offer spot and then request a cancellation within the first billing period, the spot is forfeited. We consider reasonable cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the first charge, but doing so releases the spot permanently.

Caijo Inc. reserves the right to end the offer early. If we discover that the offer is being abused or that fraudulent accounts are being used to claim spots, we reserve the right to close it before all 100 spots are taken. Legitimate subscribers who have already claimed their spot and paid would not be affected.

Eligibility requires an active PRO+ launch offer spot. The Agency lock-in at $79 per month is only available to subscribers who have already claimed a PRO+ First 100 spot under Section A of these terms. You cannot access the Agency lock-in without first being a PRO+ launch offer subscriber. Standard Agency pricing of $99 per month applies to everyone else.

The 30-day upgrade window is firm. The Agency lock-in is only available within 30 days of your original PRO+ subscription start date. The clock starts the moment your first PRO+ payment is processed, not from when you first think about upgrading. After the 30-day window closes, standard Agency pricing of $99 per month applies and the lock-in is no longer available to you regardless of your PRO+ status.

The lock-in requires continuous Agency subscription. The $79 rate is tied to an uninterrupted active Agency subscription. If you cancel your Agency plan and later re-subscribe, the lock-in does not transfer. You would be starting a new Agency subscription at the prevailing standard rate at that time.

Upgrading replaces your PRO+ subscription. When you upgrade from PRO+ to Agency, your PRO+ subscription ends and your Agency subscription begins. The PRO+ $29 locked rate does not carry over or run in parallel. You will be billed at $79 per month for the Agency plan from the upgrade date.

The Agency lock-in is not transferable. Your $79 locked rate applies to your account only. It cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or assigned to another person or organisation. If your account is closed or terminated, the locked rate ceases with it.

What Agency includes. The $79 locked rate gives you access to the full Agency plan: 100 scans per month, competitor comparison across up to 9 domains, unlimited saved reports, unlimited projects, white-label PDF exports, scheduled Cornerstone Page rescans, and priority support. Feature access is subject to the Caijo Terms of Service and may evolve as the product develops.
