AGENCY gives you 100 scans per month, which is enough to run monthly baseline scans for around 25 active clients, with headroom for ad hoc scans, competitor research, and new client onboarding. The Extensive scan option on AGENCY visits up to 100 pages per scan, compared to 50 pages on PRO+.
The 100-page Extensive scan is particularly significant for agency clients with larger sites: e-commerce sites, SaaS platforms, services businesses with broad content libraries. A 100-page scan gives you a comprehensive picture of a complex site's AEO health that a 50-page scan would miss. The bulk download option on AGENCY means you can export all generated passages for a client as a single document, formatted as a content brief. This is the deliverable that makes CiteReady fit naturally into an agency workflow: run the scan, download the content brief, hand it to the content team or implement it directly. Clients receive specific, actionable content that has been generated specifically for their pages, their brand voice, and their citation gaps.
The passages are also included in white-label PDF exports, so the CiteReady output appears as part of your branded client audit document rather than as a separate Caijo deliverable. From the client's perspective, the citation analysis and passage generation is your work product.
AGENCY exports any scan result as a fully branded PDF with your agency's logo, your colour scheme, and your name on the document. Caijo's branding does not appear. The report is yours to deliver as your own work product.

From your dashboard, you'll control exactly what each client sees. You can show them the full breakdown or a curated summary. The portal is white-labelled, meaning it carries your agency's branding throughout. Clients never see the Caijo name.
The Client Portal turns an AGENCY subscription into a client-facing product. Instead of delivering monthly AEO reports manually, your clients log in and see their own live dashboard. The portal will be available to all active AGENCY subscribers automatically when it launches. No additional cost.
AGENCY is the entry point. The Partner Programme is what comes next.
The Caijo Partnership Programme (CPP) is built for AEO specialists and agencies who want to grow their client base through Caijo's referral network. AGENCY plan subscribers who meet the criteria can apply to become a Caijo Partner, get listed in the Caijo partner directory, and start receiving referred leads from brands who scan their sites and want professional help implementing what they find.
When a brand scans their site, sees their score, and wants expert help implementing the fixes, Caijo refers them to the nearest qualified partner. Partners receive warm leads from brands who already understand their AEO problem and have agreed to be contacted.
Certified partners appear first in the Caijo partner directory and receive priority referrals. Research into our previous certification programmes shows certified partners win 77% more business than non-certified partners in the same region. Certification requires passing a Caijo AEO assessment and meeting a minimum quality standard.
Only AGENCY plan subscribers can apply to join the Partner Programme. This is intentional. Partners represent Caijo's quality standard to the brands we refer to them. The AGENCY plan is the signal that an agency is serious about AEO as a professional service offering.
